All applications for changes to the exterior of your property must be submitted to 360 Community Management for Board review. The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) require that an Owner obtain prior written approval for any structural change, alteration or addition to a property within the community, including repainting of the structure.
The Owner agrees to comply with all state, county, city ordinances and laws, and to obtain any necessary permits when necessary. Approval by the Board shall not be deemed a warranty or representation as to the quality of such construction, installation, alteration, repair, change or other work, or that work conforms to any applicable building codes or other federal, state, local ordinances or regulations.
If you have not received any form of communication from management or your Association's Architectural Committee after thirty (30) days, please call or email 360 Community Management for a status update.
ALL CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN THE BOARD AND THE OWNER MAY BE KEPT AS A PART OF THE RECORDS FOR THIS APPLICATION. ALL FIELDS IN THIS SECTION ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REQUESTS. INCOMPLETE APPLICATION MAY BE DELAYED OR RETURNED.
